cygwin - What is mean by "Rnobody" in R script installation -


i working java based jetty server setup involves servlet , html. objective call r script java

in 1 of custom configuration properties file inside web-inf/classes, have encountered statement follows. 

rscriptlocation=/usr/local/bin/rnobody

this property file not related jetty server, developer created properties file storing constants.

i have installed r cygwin setup, not locate particular executable, see /usr/bin/r

what rnobody , how install it
