tibco - Running AppManage raises error -

running path\to\tibco\tra\5.8\bin\appmanage.exe (from tibco distribution) gives following error:

failed open properties file : appmanage.tra

adjustment failed.

how can fix this?

running appmanage.exe inside folder path\to\tibco\tra\5.8\bin or adding folder path solves issue.
